Processing Times
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed. While we always do our best to get your order on its way promptly, carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

If you need an outfit for a specific date or special occasion, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping option when available and allowing a little extra time for delivery.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Preorders & Custom Orders
Preorder and custom pieces have longer production timelines. The estimated timeframe will be provided on the product listing or communicated when your custom order is placed.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, your order may ship together once all pieces are available. If you need your ready-to-ship pieces sooner, please place them as a separate order or contact us.

Please Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Smocked With Love cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your tracking shows an unexpected delay, missing package, or delivery issue, please contact us at hello@smockedwithlove.com and we’ll be happy to help you determine the best next step
